CHILD, Inc. owns and operates four child development facilities. All CHILD, Inc. facilities are licensed for child care by the Rhode Island Department of Education. All facilities are also approved and funded by the federal Administration for Children and Families. We also maintain accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

CHILD, Inc. presently employs one hundred forty (140) staff, including professionals in child development, early childhood education, health, nutrition, social work, mental health, finance, and special education. Our present annual budget of $7 million includes federal, state, and local funds and is able to support comprehensive services to six hundred (600) children aged pre-birth to five years, and their families.
